Instead of meeting in person you can get started at home by either scheduling a phone call with me or completing my online mortgage application form, which makes getting to know you seamless and convenient.

Afterwards, we’ll give you a quick call to make sure we fully understand your needs and goals, answer any questions you may have, and discuss your ideal mortgage.

Trust is fundamentally above all else in our partnership, which is why we have prioritized transparency throughout the entire process. 

02 — Target

Once we’ve understood your needs, we will begin targeting the best solutions for you. You will receive a personalized lender comparison with important details highlighted for you. 

We will run through all the numbers and weigh the pros & cons of all options. You’ll be well informed before making any decision relating to your mortgage.  

03 — Approve

When you’ve made your decision on which mortgage solution is best for you, we will begin collecting the necessary documentation needed and forwarding these to one of my lending partners to fulfil the necessary mortgage conditions. I’ll be in touch with the lender during the entire process making sure everything is progressing smoothly.

Once your mortgage is approved, I will send a signing package and guide you through all the documentation before you sign on the dotted line.

04 — Close

Our relationship doesn’t end once you sign the final documents. We’re here to support you for the lifetime of your mortgage and answer all your questions and concerns.
